PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-equalizing structure of a large-scaled unit which can equally feed a cleaning chemical solution simultaneously to the membrane cartridges of a plurality of membrane units in large-scaled facilities. SOLUTION: In a membrane separator in which a plurality of membrane units 1 are arranged in a reaction vessel, a header pipe 2 is disposed along the disposing direction of the membrane unit 1 and connecting a branch pipe 3 branched from the header pipe 2 to the water collecting pipe of each membrane unit 1, the inlet side of one end in the pipe axis direction of the header pipe 2 communicates with a cleaning chemical solution supply source and an outlet of the other end in the pipe axis direction of the header pipe 2 communicates with the inlet side of the header pipe 2 or the cleaning chemical solution supply source through a return pipe 22.
