PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a headrest follow a large change of a passenger-seated position. SOLUTION: When a passenger seat 14 is moved in a front/back direction of a vehicle along a seat rail 62 fixed to a floor part 60 of a cabin 10A, the headrest 52 is also moved in the front/back direction of the vehicle along a rail set 26. Thus, a length L1 between the back of the head 64A of the passenger 64 seated at the passenger seat 14 and the headrest 52 is adjusted to a value suitable for supporting the back of the head 64A of the passenger 64 by the headrest 52 when the vehicle is collided with by another vehicle.
