<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a fuel cell system having no environmental load in which by circulating and controlling a fuel by a necessary amount in a small volume, hydrogen needed by an electric power load is formed and controlled, in which generated electric power of an assembled fuel cell element is stably controlled, and in which discharged product is reutilized in operation. <P>SOLUTION: The amount of formed hydrogen is determined by the amount of consumed fuel per unit time, and generated electric power corresponding to this is obtained by the assembled fuel cell element 8. This output power control of this system detects a load current 12 as a control index, and by controlling the fuel corresponding to that and by applying the corresponding amount of formed hydrogen 7 to the fuel cell element 8, this generated electric power is stably followed and controlled against the fluctuated electric power load 13, and moreover, water component formed in a reaction process of the system is reutilized, and moreover, the used fuel (NaBO<SB>2</SB>) is retained and used as the recycled fuel, and the fuel cell system in which waste is eliminated and in which there is no environmental load is realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
