<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high dimensional accuracy tube manufacturing method capable of forming a tube of the excellent dimensional accuracy by reducing the decentration and uneven thickness of the tube of large decentration and uneven thickness. <P>SOLUTION: When working a tube 1 having the decentration and uneven thickness, a plug 3 is inserted in the tube 1, and the tube 1 is pressed into a die 2 by a tube press-in machine (of a caterpillar type) 4 on the inlet side of the die 2 while keeping the tube in a floating condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
