<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a filler for a solid phase extraction cartridge reduced in the amount of impurities becoming the analytical obstruction of a target substance. <P>SOLUTION: The filler for the solid phase extraction cartridge, from which impurities acting as obstructions when analysing an extremely small amount of the target substance present in a liquid or gas sample, especially aromatic compounds are removed and which contains no impurities substantially, can be obtained by washing the filler with carbon dioxide in a supercritical or sub-critical state but not washing the same with a usual organic solvent using a batch system due to immersion/stirring or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
