<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody gypsum board having excellent strength and fire resistance and relatively small in the bulk specific gravity and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The woody gypsum board contains 15-40 mass% woody material and 30-60 mass% gypsum as main structural components.
