<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing hollow particles contained in a crude lysate of a virus vector in a process for preparing the virus vector, and to provide a kit for purifying the virus vector. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the virus vector having little contamination with the hollow particles, involves removing the hollow particles in the crude lysate of the virus vector by using an ion-exchange membrane. The virus vector can be used clinically, especially preferably used in gene therapy because the virus vector has excellent gene-introducing efficiency based on the virus vector purified under conventional purification conditions. The method for purifying the hollow virus particles involving a step for collecting the hollow particles in the crude lysate of the virus vector by using the ion-exchange membrane, and the kit for carrying out the method are also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
