<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device with superior productivity while being capable of improving reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic circuit device includes a circuit board 1, electronic parts 2 and solder 3. The circuit board 1 is has a through-hole 13 penetrating from one side 11 to the other side 12. A conductive film 135 is formed on the inner surface 133 of the through-hole 13. The electronic parts 2 are provided with connecting terminals 20 and installed at one side 11 of the circuit board 1. The connecting terminal 20 has with a recess 21 which is at least formed in the through-hole 13. The solder 3 is filled between the front surface of the conductive film 135 and the inner surface 210 of the recess 21 in the through-hole 13 to fasten the circuit board 1 to the connecting terminal 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
