PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of comfortably adjusting indoor environment during dehumidification. SOLUTION: The air conditioner performing indoor dehumidification determines a set temperature and a set humidity by an indoor control section 23 based on an outdoor temperature, and regulates the temperature and humidity so that the respective differences between the indoor temperature and humidity and the set temperature and humidity are smaller than the predetermined values respectively. The set humidity is determined lower as the outdoor temperature is higher. The indoor temperature is regulated by changing the compressive force of a compressor 34 and the rotating speed of an outdoor fan 42, and the indoor humidity is regulated by changing the compressive force of the compressor 34.
