PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element material that has high luminous efficiency, and has excellent stability in repeated use, and to provide an organic electroluminescence element using the organic electroluminescence element material. SOLUTION: In the organic electroluminescence element material; the absolute value of the difference is 5.10 electron volts or higher between the entire energy of a neutral molecule calculated by non-empirical molecular orbital calculation and that in the radical cation state of the molecule, and the absolute value of the difference is 2.40 electron volts or smaller between the energy level of the highest level occupied molecular orbit of the neutral molecule and that of the lowest level occupied molecular orbit related to aβspin electron in the radical cation state of the molecule.
