PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize an image existing at a local place with an image existing in a Web server by reflecting intention of whether a user aims at release to the public without giving the user trouble. SOLUTION: Processing for synchronizing only images existing in albums whose album IDs coincide with each other are synchronized without synchronizing an album existing at local place with an album existing at a web server. In addition, synchronization processing is controlled by switching a flag to the effect that addition is made from a web browser and to the effect that upload to the web server is inhibited.
