PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a redundant resource management device capable of raising memory usage efficiency and dispensing with the previous design of a physical memory amount. SOLUTION: When the updating of a process individual information management table 40 is detected, a resource information collection/arrangement determining function part 30 determines the propriety of the redundant process of the process where individual information is updated, based on the process individual information acquired from the process individual information management table 40. When the redundant process is unnecessary as the result of the determination and also the applicable redundant process exists, an indication to delete the redundant process is outputted. When the redundant process is necessary as the result of the determination, the applicable redundant process does not exist, and also the physical memory can be allocated, an indication to generate the redundant process is outputted. A redundant resource managing means 201 generates/deletes the redundant process in response to the indication to be outputted from the resource information collection/arrangement determining function part 30.
