PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load compensating mechanism capable of easily making compatible with a large number of weight. SOLUTION: This load compensating mechanism 1 comprises a base 2, an operation arm 5 of which one side is fitted to the base 2 rotatably on a rotating shaft 3 and a spring mechanism 6 of which one end is fitted to the end of the operation arm 5 as a fixed end 9 and of which other end is fitted to the acting point 10 of the operation arm 5 through a reference point 11 at the generally center part of the operation arm 5. The torques of the operation arm 5 and a body 4 to be carried are compensated by the elastic force of the spring mechanism 6 irrespective of the tilt angle of the operation arm 5. Consequently, the distance h between the rotating shaft 3 and the acting point 10 can be increased or decreased by an acting point moving operation mechanism 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
