PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of a draining function in each selective mounting when making it possible to selectively mount a harness 18, which is mounted on a terminal 14 projecting from a cylindrical bottom portion 4a of an end bracket 4 of an electric motor 1, in a plurality of drawing directions in a locking state. SOLUTION: A rib 4e of an octagonal shape, the lower side of which is cut out, is formed on the outside surface 4d of the cylindrical bottom portion of the end bracket 4. It is made possible to assemble a locking member 17 of an octagonal cylindrical shape to the rib 4e by selecting a direction a leading groove 17b faces.
