PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device having a low-power consumption charge pump circuit capable of holding an output voltage at a predetermined voltage level without intermittently varying a consumption current, and a noncontact electronic device using this semiconductor integrated circuit device. SOLUTION: In a charge pump circuit unit cell (charging/discharging circuit) 15 constructing the charge pump circuit 9, a charging current or a discharging current to a capacitor C1 is controlled according to the output voltage of the charge pump circuit. Thus, the charge pump circuit holds an output voltage at a predetermined voltage without performing intermittent operation. The charging current and the discharging current are supplied from a power supply terminal of a power supply circuit. Current control is carried out by a transistor M3, and a voltage corresponding to the output voltage of the charge pump circuit is supplied to the gate of the transistor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
