PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single layer heat conduction sheet with different adhesiveness between the front side and the rear side without the need for an additional surface adhesive elimination step of application of a base material, beads, or separating powder or the like. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the heat conduction sheet includes steps of: (a) forming a sheet of a thermal conductive composition precursor including a thermal conductive filler as 20 vol.% or over on the front side and the rear side, under the reference of the total volume of a heat conduction composition obtained by kneading an acrylic monomer or (meth)acrylic monomer or its polymer oligomer, and a photopolymerization initiator; and (b) obtaining the heat conduction sheet comprising the single layer heat conduction composition whose front side and rear side have different adhesiveness, by respectively emitting an ultraviolet ray to the front side and the rear side with ultraviolet ray emission intensity different between the front side and the rear side of the sheet, so as to cure both the sides in a way that the higher emission intensity of the ultraviolet ray emitted on the side is a multiple of 30 or less of the lower emission intensity of the ultraviolet ray emitted on the other side.
