PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a cylindrical forming mold by applying electroforming process on the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical base mold. SOLUTION: A cylindrical base mold 61, on the inner peripheral surface of which a lens pattern is provided, is retained on the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical cathode 32. Electroforming is carried out by using the cathode 32 and an anode 33 disposed at the center part of the cathode 32. A thin film, formed on the inner peripheral surface of the base mold 61 through the electroforming, is peeled off. As a result, the forming mold with a pattern inverse to the lens pattern of the base mold 61 formed on the outer peripheral surface is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
