PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor display device which uses wind power to save electrical power and allows the electrical power to be easily supplied thereto. SOLUTION: An outdoor display device 1 includes a wind power generation part 2 for generating the electrical power by rotation of a rotation part 3 rotating upon reception of the wind power and a display part 8 having a display element 9 which is lit by the electrical power supplied from the wind power generation part 2, and a torque of the rotation part 3 is transmitted to the display part 8 to move the display part 8, and the display element 9 is flickered synchronously with movement of the display part 8, and an image due to afterimage of the display element 9 is displayed.
