PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide diagnostic agent for autoimmune disease which accurately and quickly can diagnose autoimmune diseases; and to provide a diagnostic method for autoimmune disease that uses this diagnostic agent. SOLUTION: This diagnostic agent for autoimmune disease uses monoclonal antibody characteristic to the protein, having specific amino acid sequence. By means of the diagnostic method for autoimmune disease, this diagnostic agent is made to come into contact with a biological sample collected from a test subject, diagnosing the presence of contraction with respect to the autoimmune disease, based on its resulting immunoreaction to solve the problem.
