PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an unsafe problem that, in the case of using a traveling clutch pedal as a decelerating pedal, when a traveling clutch is engaged after decelerating with a travelling clutch pedal, a working vehicle suddenly accelerates by returning to an original high speed. SOLUTION: In a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission 2 which is structured by connecting a spring support plate 8 connected with a speed change operation lever 3 for accelerating and decelerating and a sliding plate 9 connected with a trunnion arm 5 operated by the travel clutch pedal 7 used as the decelerating pedal 4 for operating a vehicle speed only for a deceleration side in a manner operable by a tensile force of a spring 100, the trunnion arm 5 and the speed change operation lever 3 are structured in an integrally movable manner by connecting both the plates 8, 9 with a connecting tool 11 and regulating the spring 10.
