PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability without causing repetitive deformation such as a bending quantity of a seat member becomes a predetermined value or more by enabling a fuel cutoff valve 10 to close even a connecting passage of the small passage area with high sealability. SOLUTION: This fuel cutoff valve 10 has a casing 20 having a valve chest 30S for communicating the inside of a fuel tank FT with the connecting passage 31b and a seal part 31c arranged by facing the connecting passage 31b and a float mechanism 50 having a float 51 stored in the valve chest 30S and lifting in response to a fuel liquid level in the fuel tank FT and a flexible seat member 55 installed in an upper part of the float 51 and opening and closing the connecting passage 31b by being seated on and separated from the seal part 31c. A regulating part 31d is formed in a ceiling wall part 31 of the casing 20 for regulating the bending quantity of the seat member 55 in a state of seating the seat member 55 on the seal part 31c.
