PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely execute processing without including an operation error even when converted for unifying a unit for mediating a target value in a system of making a plurality of kinds of units mixedly exist as the target value. SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program including a step (S100) of detecting accelerator opening, a step (S200) of calculating operation system target engine torque (a) from the accelerator opening, a step (S300) of holding the operation system target engine torque (a), a step (S400) of calculating operation system target driving force A from the operation system target engine torque (a), a step (S500) of mediating the driving force by the operation system target driving force A and support system target driving force B and a step (S900) of outputting the held operation system target engine torque (a) to an engine ECU as target engine torque when selecting the operation system target driving force A (NO in S600) as a result of mediation.
