PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior building frame structure and its execution method which enable a wall material such as a ceiling plate to be stably attached, and which can conform to roofs of every constitution such as changes in the height direction or the like. SOLUTION: The structure 1 of the exterior framework structure, which is provided with a rising section 11 and a flange part 12, is fixed on a beam 5. The rising section 11 has an opening 111, and the flange part 12 is formed at the top end of the rising section 11. Then a receiving part 21 and a receiving member 2 are provided to the structure 1 or to the space between the adjacent structures 1, 1. The receiving part 21 supports the wall material 3 as wall-material-supporting means (13, 2), and the receiving member 2 has a means of attachment to the opening 111 of the structure 1. The means of attachment is an attachment part which is engaged with the edge part of the opening, and the wall material 3 is mounted which has one or more characteristics selected from heat insulation, sound absorption, sound insulation, and fire prevention/resistance by the wall-material-supporting means (13, 2).
