PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type fireproof outside heat insulation structure capable of ensuring fireproofing property in a ventilation outside heat insulation structure and being applied to a structure skeleton taking an SI building into account. SOLUTION: This fireproof outside heat insulation structure has a layer structure provided with a fireproof exterior panel, an air layer, a heat insulation panel, and an interior part sequentially from an outdoor side toward an indoor side at the outer periphery of the building having the structure skeleton arranging a column in a retraction manner, a fireproof heat insulation member for isolating the heat insulation panel between an upper story and a lower story, and a thermal expansion fireproof material which is in a non-expansion condition usually and in an expansion condition when sensing heat to ventilate between an upper story and a lower story of the air layer usually and isolate when fire occurs.
