PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet fixing device which fixes a sheet to a pipe and maintains the fixed state. SOLUTION: This sheet fixing device comprises in a main part: a tubular body 1 of arcuate shape in cross section; a fastening spring 15 screwed into the outer peripheral surface of the body 1 so that the circumferential both ends 2, 3 of the body 1 approach each other; and sliding stop members 20, 20 installed on the inner peripheral surface of the body 1 at the circumferential both ends 2, 3. Two swelled parts 8, 8 are formed at the circumferential other end 3 of the body 1 apart from each other in the axial direction of the body 1. A recessed groove-like locking part 10 formed along the axial direction of the body 1 is formed at the lower end of the swelled part 8. Since the approximately center 18 of the fastening spring 15 is engaged with the locking part 10 of the body 1, the circumferential both ends 2, 3 of the body 1 approaches to each other, and the sliding stop members 20, 20 press the sheet against the pipe stored in the body 1.
