PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device structure solving botheration at the time of the execution of works and having a flexibility in the device structure capable of using both a right hinged door and a left hinged door without distinguishing both doors. SOLUTION: A device body 6 is mounted on a door body A and a bracket 7 on the upper frame body 2 of a frame body. An arm 12 for the device body 6 rotatably supporting a rotating shaft to itself has guide grooves 16a<SB>1</SB>and 16b<SB>1</SB>(not shown) enabling a relative motion accompanied by the closing of the door body A in a pin 26 for the bracket 7 engaged when the door body A is rotated in the closing direction and reaches a specified closing angle. The guide grooves 16a<SB>2</SB>(not shown) and 16b<SB>2</SB>having the same shapes as these guide grooves are also formed to the underside of the arm 12. In the arm 12, a site forming the guide groove 16a<SB>1</SB>or the like of the arm 12 in itself is projected in the horizontal direction from a slit 11a<SB>1</SB>positioned at an equal distance from the top-face side and underside side of the device body 6.
