PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of conventional cutter apparatuses wherein the cutting of a structure fitted to a crane is impossible since a cutter apparatus is supported by a wire, the crane cannot apply, to the cutter apparatus, a force overcoming a repulsion in the normal direction given from the portion to be cut though the cutting of a high structure is attempted by fitting the cutter apparatus to the crane widely used for transporting construction materials to high places. SOLUTION: In this cutter apparatus 10, the cutting arms 11, 12 having cutting sides having a pair of cutting blades 13, 14 facing each other are rotatably connected to each other at the intermediate parts. Hydraulic cylinders 21, 22 are connected to the ends of the cutting arms apart from the cutting sides. Consequently, the cutter apparatus having claw-like blade parts 15, 16 facing each other inward at the ends of the cutting sides can be provided to solve the conventional problems.
