PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop excellent adhesiveness to a hardened silicone rubber. SOLUTION: Pieces of base cloth treated with a silicone rubber are superposed and sewn in a manner contacting the treated faces with each other to form a bag, and the sewn part is sealed with the silicone rubber composition for the sealing of sewn airbags. The silicone rubber composition contains (A) an organopolysiloxane having at least two Si-bonded alkenyl groups in one molecule, (B) a straight-chain organohydrogenpolysiloxane having SiH groups exclusively on both terminals of the molecular chain, (C) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least three SiH groups in one molecule, (D) fine silica powder and (E) a platinum-group metal catalyst. The total number of SiH groups in the components (B) and (C) is 0.01-20 based on one Si-bonded alkenyl group in the composition and the number of SiH groups in the component (C) is 5-98 mol% based on the total SiH groups in the components (B) and (C).
