PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt operating method of a V-shaped protrusion capable of tilting the protrusion while watching the protrusion at an arbitrary edge position so that the V-shaped protrusion does not come off the edge even in a tilt V-shaped method setting the minimum edge portion as a reference point and having the edge thickness with the possibility that the V-shaped protrusion comes off the edge surface, and its device. SOLUTION: An arbitrary edge position, along which the V-shaped protrusion want to be tilted, is displayed in an oval shape L<SB>R</SB>, L<SB>L</SB>shown on the screen (the screen on the liquid crystal display panel 62), while the V-shaped protrusion at the arbitrary edge portion is also displayed on the screen. While watching the V-shaped protrusion displayed, the protrusion at the arbitrary edge portion is adjusted to the desired position by an operation panel part 61, and the locus of the V-shaped protrusion is tilted through an operation means.
