PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a medical worker by determining whether a call from a nurse call slave set is a reasonable call or a call made by erroneous operation etc., and calling the medical worker by information according to the determination. SOLUTION: The nurse call slave set 100 transmits a continuous operation time and ID information of an operation part 101. A nurse call master set 300 determinations a normal call or an erroneous call based on an operation time in the case of the normal call and frequency of the erroneous call which are learned previously at each nurse call slave set 100 based on the continuous operation time and the ID information, and calls the medical employee according to the result of the determination.
