PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance device which can improve a game property by rotary and moving a performance member in a height direction, and a game machine. SOLUTION: An inclined shaft 208 attached to a rotary shaft 204 rotates with the rotation of the rotary shaft 204 when the rotary shaft 204 is rotated by a driving motor 206. When the inclined shaft 208 rotates, a centrifugal force acts towards the side (outside) opposite to the rotary shaft 204 side on a performance member 210. Since the inclined shaft 208, however, inclines in a direction of separating from the rotary shaft 204 upwardly from the lower portion of the rotary shaft 204, the performance member 210 moves upward from the lower portion of the inclined shaft 208. Consequently the performance member 210 can be rotated together with the rotary shaft 204 and can be moved upward and downward.
