PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make adjustment work easy for improving efficiency in adjustment work by obtaining the radiation dose of hot bath water so as to adjust the dose automatically, and adjusting pH automatically. SOLUTION: This hot bath water generating apparatus which is provided with a water tub 1 for housing acid aqueous solution L capable of dissolving the disintegration product of ore W including radioactive substances, an ore container 10 where granule Wa of the ore W is housed in the water tub 1 and the acid aqueous solution L is circulated and a circulation means 20 for circulating the acid water solution L to the ore container 10 and which discharges the acid aqueous solution L as the hot bath water S is provided with: a dose measuring device 40 for measuring the radiation dose of the acid aqueous solution L in the water tub 1; a radiation dose control part 50 for adjusting the radiation dose on the basis of the measuring result by the radiation dose measuring instrument 40; a pH measuring instrument 60 for measuring pH of the acid aqueous solution in the water tub 1; pH control part 70 for controlling pH on the basis of the measuring result by the pH measuring device 60.
