<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint support capable of relieving the sense of incongruity when the support is mounted on a joint of a user, enhancing a fitting feel to the body of the user, and eliminating the occurrence of displacement. <P>SOLUTION: The joint support comprises support plates 1 disposed on both sides of the joint, a first arm 10 turnably provided at one end of each support plate 1 and a second arm 20 turnably provided at the other end of the support plate 1. The joint support also has bands 43 and 44 to be wound around the body part of the user, a prescribed distance away from the joint, and connection parts 50 and 60 to attach the bands 43 and 44 to the first or second arm 10 or 20.
