<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar battery, a battery pack, and a vehicle mounting those batteries wherein the breakage of a seal member in the edge of a current collector is prevented, a peripheral part of a bipolar electrode can be sealed completely, and a short circuit caused by the leakage of an electrolyte and by contact between the mutual current collectors can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: In the bipolar battery 100, the bipolar electrode 230 wherein a positive electrode layer 210 is formed on one face of the current collector 200 while a negative electrode layer 220 is formed on the other face, and an electrolyte layer 240 to carry out ion exchange between the mutual bipolar electrodes are alternately laminated in a plurality of layers to form a battery element 160, and which has a heat-fusion seal member 260 to prevent the liquid leakage of the electrolyte at the peripheral part of the battery 230.
