<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the possibility to give inconvenience to a user because of decrease in visibility or operability of a panel. <P>SOLUTION: A panel 90 is fixed integrally with a document cover 84. The panel 90 has a setting surface 90a provided with an operational keys which can be manipulated by a user and a liquid crystal display board which indicates error messages or the like. The panel 90 is protruded upward above the top of the document cover 84 of an ADF 100 and has a control surface 90b which is opposed to the head of document G discharged from the ADF 100 and controls its head position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
