<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a conductive separator for a fuel cell in which there is no need of using a complicated metal mold such as compression molding, transfer molding, and injection molding, in which manufacturing is possible even in the case conductive particles are highly filled in order to be made superior in conductivity, and which is superior in flatness or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This has a composite material preparation process of obtaining the composite material containing mainly a conductive material and a thermoset resin, a sheet preparation process of obtaining a half-cured state resin sheet composed of the composite material, and a cold press process for obtaining the conductive separator for the fuel cell in which the cold press is carried out for the heated half-cured state resin sheet at a lower temperature than that of the half-cured state resin sheet by a pair of opposed metal molds in which a pattern for forming a gas flow passage has been formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
