<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording ink and an ink set in which a diketo-pyrrolopyrrol-based red pigment or a phthalocyanine-based green pigment which are excellent in color-development can be stably dispersed in an aqueous medium and the physical properties of the ink are not changed during a long-term preservation of the ink and which is excellent in ejecting stability. <P>SOLUTION: This recording ink comprises at least a pigment, a dispersant, a water-soluble solvent, a penetrant and water, and the pigment comprises at least one of a diketo-pyrrolopyrrol-based red pigment and a phthalocyanine-based green pigment. Preferred are an embodiment in which the diketo-pyrrolopyrrol-based red pigment is at least one selected from C.I. pigments red 254, 255, 264 and 272, an embodiment in which the phthalocyanine-based green pigment is at least one of C.I. pigments green 7 and 36, and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
