PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire device information from each of information devices via a physical wiring switching apparatus even when information devices belonging to a plurality of different sub networks are connected to the relevant physical wiring switching apparatus.

SOLUTION: An optical power information receiving section 120 receives optical power information transmitted from a power monitor 30 and when it is determined that a new IT device is connected to an optical switch 20, an optical switch control section 130 controls the optical switch 20 to connect the IT device with an optical switch control apparatus 100. A control apparatus port setting section 150 changes an IP address of a port 110 for device information acquisition based on an address for control apparatus setting in an address information storage section 140, and a device information acquisition section 160 acquires the IP address of the relevant IT device.
