<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of an organic polymer complex which improves the sensitivity of a thermosensitive recording material and which also improves image retention properties, and to provide an organic polymer complex and a thermosensitive recording material containing this organic polymer complex. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of the organic polymer complex has a dissolving step of dissolving an adduct of polyether having an electron-donating dye precursor and one or more active hydrogens and a multi-functional isocyanat in a volatile organic solvent to make a solution containing the electron-donating dye precursor and the adduct, a diffusion step of diffusing the solution as droplets into a water phase, and a reaction step of causing reaction of the adduct contained in oil droplets to produce a higher-molecular polymer addition reaction product. The content of a high boiling point organic solvent not reacting with the active hydrogen and having a boiling point of 150°C or higher in the solution in the dissolving step is below 0.1 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
