摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a change in an engine speed before and after shift transmission, and prevent uncomfortable feeling, or the like to a driver. <P>SOLUTION: This drive controller has a differential gear provided with the first rotary element connected to the first electric motor, the second rotary element connected to the second electric motor via a transmission shaft 15, and the third rotary element connected to an engine 11, a transmission 18 for changing a speed of rotation transmitted to the transmission shaft 15, a compensation torque calculation processing part for calculating an inertia compensation torque to compensate fluctuation of a rotation speed by an inertia, in accordance with the speed change by the transmission, and a target torque correction processing means for correcting a torque of a target for the first electric motor according to the inertia compensation torque.
