<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which attains a suitable data transfer speed by being connected to a portable terminal, and also can be made extremely low in power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with: an arithmetic processing part 13 for performing predetermined arithmetic processing; a signal processing part 14 for processing a signal to be communicated with external equipment 2 connected to a connection part 10; a clock signal generating part 15 for generating a first clock signal to be used for predetermined arithmetic processing by the arithmetic processing part 13 and generating a second clock signal which is different from the first clock signal to be used for predetermined signal processing by the signal processing part 14; and a voltage generating part 16 to which a power source is supplied from the external equipment 2 connected through the connection part 10 for generating a predetermined driving voltage. Furthermore, the information processor is provided with: a voltage control part 17 for controlling the voltage generating part 16; a reset signal generating part 18 for generating a first reset signal based on the voltage to be supplied from the external equipment 2; a control part 19 for controlling the clock signal generating part 15; and a communication speed detecting part 20 for detecting the communication speed of the external equipment 2 connected to the connection part 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
