<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform processing for acquiring a print job of a specific user from a plurality of spoolers SP in private print even if the plurality of spoolers SP (SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4, SP5 and SP6) exist in a system. <P>SOLUTION: Upon performing private print, an image forming apparatus 1 (1A, 1B) acquires a list of spoolers from an IC card C which registers the information of spoolers which save a print job of the private print, and simultaneously requests the acquired spoolers SP to send a list of print jobs of the user of interest. The image forming apparatus presents, to the user, the list of print job acquired from the respective spoolers SP in response to the request. When the user selects a desired print job from the presented print jobs, the image forming apparatus 1 downloads the selected print job and performs the print. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
