<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and gradually advance learning relating to a robot, and to provide a game property by making robots compete for letting a user to learn about a robot happily. <P>SOLUTION: In a first stage, a user is made to download a program for a robot operation through the Internet line, and to learn about robot operation setting. In a second stage, the user is made to confirm the movement of a robot by a virtual robot program in a server through the Internet line. In a third stage, the user is made to operate a robot competition program in a server to make robots compete.
