<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound producing structure capable of improving a water proof function without spoiling a sound producing function at all. <P>SOLUTION: The structure comprises: a case equipped with an aperture for releasing sound; an electronic component for producing sound mounted inside of the case; a water proof sheet provided at an output side of the electronic component for producing sound with spacing in the case; and a guide tube provided between the water proof sheet and the aperture for sound generation.
