<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating structure in which high-voltage elements can be arranged each other with a minimum insulating distance. <P>SOLUTION: An insulating structure includes cells, comprising a plate shaped first resin structure (25a) secured firmly in one longitudinal direction of a first electrical element (27), and having a predetermined insulating strength; a plate shaped second resin structure (25b) secured firmly in the other longitudinal direction of the first electrical element, at a position opposing to the first resin structure; an L-shaped third resin structures (23d, 23e) secured firmly in both the transverse directions of the first electrical element, and having insulating strength; a plate shaped fourth resin strength (23a, 23c), secured firmly to have gaps (24c to 24h) at a predetermined spacing in both transverse directions of the first electrical element, and having insulating strength; and a plate shaped fifth resin structure (23b), secured firmly at substantially the center part of the second resin structure on the rear surface of the surface, where the second resin structure and the first electrical element are bonded together, and having insulating strength, wherein a plurality of the cells are arranged along a direction orthogonal to the first electrical element, the insulating structure is formed to firmly secure respective cells. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
