PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keytop switch for an electronic musical instrument, which is capable of easily positioning a keytop with accuracy at a predetermined position in a back and forth direction and a right and left direction of an operation panel, and reducing its manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A keytop switch 1 for an electronic musical instrument provided in an operation panel 2 comprises a rib 2b for positioning in a back and forth direction at a predetermined position in a back and forth direction on a rear face of the operation panel 2; a first engaging part 9a and a second engaging part 9c, a keytop 4 fixed on a rear face of the operation panel 2 in such a state that a first engaging part 9a engages with the rib 2b, an engaging part 3a for positioning in a right and left direction at a predetermined position in a right and left direction, and a switch substrate 3 fixed to the operation panel 2 in such a state that the engaging part 3a engages with the second engaging part 9c of the keytop 4.
