PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an F-type connector easy to be connected and hardly to be pulled off, mounted to a terminal part of a coaxial cable, used for connection to an F-type receptacle to be connected. SOLUTION: The F-type connector 1 for the coaxial cable attached to the end of the coaxial cable comprises a cylindrical connector body in order to attach the coaxial cable thereto, a connecting cylinder 2 which is provided with a coupling part 21 rotatably coupled with a cylindrical fitting part 16 formed in front of the connector body in the backward thereof, and with a female screw 22 screwed with the tip of a male screw formed in the F-type receptacle of the connection object in the rear inside thereof, and a cylindrical spring 30 which is held between the female screw 22 and an opening of the connecting cylinder on the inner face of the connecting cylinder, and in which a plurality of springs 32 protrusively installed toward the center direction of the connecting cylinder for catching a male screw of the F-type receptacle. Then, a plurality of the springs are arranged at the circumferential face of the front opening end side of the cylindrical spring at equal spaces and at the circumferential face of the rear opening end side at equal spaces. Moreover, the female screw formed in the connecting cylinder 2 is made to have the number of screw threads screwed with the tip of the male screw of the F-type receptacle by approximately three revolutions.
