<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifreeze spray apparatus for a winter service spray vehicle, capable of bringing about a spray pattern which essentially will not change, even when driving around bends. <P>SOLUTION: In an antifreeze spray apparatus for spraying grits of a mixture of salt for road S and brine F by means of rotating spreading disk 6, to which the spraying grits is supplied by means of an inclined down pipe 3, the down pipe 3 comprises a relatively flatly inclined mouth piece 4 at its lower end, the mouth piece 4 having a concavely arched inside surface 4a and an ample length of at least 200 mm, in order to bunch the flow of spraying grits centrally, before it drops onto the spreading disk 6. In this way, the spraying grits is always fed to the spray disk 6 to essentially the same region, even when driving around bends at a high speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
