<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the variations of display performances in the variable display of identification information without increasing the number of commands in a game machine in which the variation time of the variable display is made different depending on display results. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer for game control specifies whether or not a big winning is to be attained and the display result of patterns and transmits a performance control command capable of specifying the variation time of the identification information to a microcomputer for sound/lamp control. The microcomputer for the sound/lamp control transmits a display control command specifying the variation time decided on the basis of the performance control command from the microcomputer for the game control to a microcomputer for display control.
