PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and easily acquire user authentication information to verify the identity of a user. SOLUTION: An information processor comprises: a user information storage part for storing a user ID, the user authentication information, and a parameter for generating code data which are obtained by encrypting the user authentication information by correspondence to each user; a user information receiving part for receiving the user ID and the code data from a user terminal; a code data generating part for generating the code data from the user authentication information by using the parameter stored by correspondence to the user ID; a code data comparing part for comparing both the code data; an information processing service providing part for providing an information processing service when both the code data are coincident; a parameter transmitting part for transmitting to the user terminal the new parameter for generating the code data to be transmitted when the provision of the succeeding information processing service is received; and a parameter updating part for updating the stored parameter into the new parameter.
